Job Summary – SDR (Remote, Philippines)
We are seeking a Full-time Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing offshore staffing and VA services business. This is not a call centre—we are a BPO-style organisation offering clear standards, leadership opportunities, and long-term career growth.
What You’ll Do:
Generate qualified sales meetings through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
Handle objections and learn outbound sales techniques
Log activities and provide feedback to improve team performance
Work directly with the founder and support team growth
KPIs:
60–100 cold calls/day
80–120 total outbound activities/day
10+ live conversations/day
2+ qualified meetings/day
Career Path: SDR → Senior SDR → SDR Team Lead → Sales Manager
Requirements:
Strong English communication skills
Comfortable with cold calling and targets
Coachable, resilient, organized, and metrics-driven
Sales or call-centre experience preferred but not required
Compensation: Base + commissions with leadership progression opportunities
