Virtual Staffer is a recruitment and staffing company. We find and screen candidates for an $800 flat fee per hire, or provide a dedicated team member employed by our Philippine partner. If you have already chosen someone, our partner can employ them, or, if you employ them through your own company in the Philippines, we can run their payroll.

Both are delivered with our Philippine partner as the legal employer. The difference is who finds the person.

It depends on the service. With recruitment and placement, you do, as employee or contractor. With offshore staffing and employer of record, our Philippine partner is the legal employer and you direct the daily work. With payroll, you stay the employer and we run payroll. With the self-service platform, you hire and employ them yourself. We do not give legal or tax advice, so check your own situation with a qualified adviser.

We describe our Philippine partner by what it does: it is the legal employer for offshore staffing and employer of record. We do not publish its name on our website.

Nothing. The first call is free and commits you to nothing. We use it to work out which of the options fits your situation.

Yes. Under offshore staffing you can move the person onto your own contract later: free after 12 months of service, counted from when your contract is signed, or for the $800 placement fee before that, paid one month before the move. The move needs your own employing entity or contractor arrangement and the person's agreement.
