We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounting Executive to join an established family office regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS). In this role, you will support the Chairman’s private interests and investments while working closely with the Accounting Manager based in Johor Bahru. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise in accounting and a proactive approach to ensuring accurate financial operations, compliance, and reporting across a diverse investment portfolio.

Seeking a detail-oriented accountant/bookkeeper with 2+ years of experience. Must be self-motivated, organized, and proactive in a fast-paced environment. Strong data management skills required, with proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, VLOOKUP, and pivot tables. Experience with NetSuite, Shopify, Stripe, and HubSpot is a plus.
