What You Will Do
- Create and manage quotes, order forms, and amendments in CPQ accurately and within SLA
- Drive deals through the approval matrix, ensuring timely processing and communication with approvers
- Serve as the first point of contact for pricing and process inquiries, advising on contract options
- Maintain accurate opportunity and quote data in Salesforce to protect data quality
- Help manage order processing, especially during high volume periods, with flexibility around month-end and quarter-end
- Identify complex deals early and escalate them to senior team members for resolution
- Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and Sales to execute both standard and non-standard deals
- Support and enhance the CPQ tool, DealHub, and its associated workflows
