Learning path
Inbox, calendar, client communication, research, data and AI workflow skills, taught in short daily missions and proven in simulations. The path every other VA specialisation builds on.
Every mission is a client situation. Lessons teach, checkpoints test, simulations produce badges and portfolio work, and the capstone is reviewed by a person.
Module 1 · free
What a virtual assistant actually does, how work arrives, and how to keep a client's accounts and data safe from day one.
Skills scored: Task intake, Async work, Workstation security
Module 2
Write short, warm, professional messages a busy client can act on; report before being asked; know when to ask, decide or escalate.
Skills scored: Tone and clarity, Status updates, Clarification and escalation
Module 3
Sort an inbox by urgency and ownership in minutes, draft replies the client can send unchanged, and track every open thread.
Skills scored: Inbox triage, Reply drafting, Follow-up discipline
Module 4
Convert and propose times across US, Australian and Manila hours without error, tell hard constraints from preferences, and run meetings people actually attend.
Skills scored: Time zones, Constraints and priorities, Meetings
Module 5
Find, compare and cite sources a client can trust; clean data and build trackers in Sheets; keep files where a team can find them.
Skills scored: Research and sources, Spreadsheets, Files and naming
Module 6
Brief an AI assistant like a junior colleague, catch made-up facts before a client sees them, and know what client data may never leave your hands.
Skills scored: AI prompting, AI verification, AI confidentiality
Module 7
Write procedures another VA could follow tomorrow, spot the phishing attempt, and share files with the right people and nobody else.
Skills scored: SOPs and handoffs, Phishing awareness, Sharing and permissions
Module 8
Present verified work so employers can judge it in a minute, answer the questions remote clients actually ask, and run a full client shift end to end.
Skills scored: Profile and portfolio, Interview readiness, Integrated execution
Your first answer to every graded step counts toward a score for each skill, weighted so simulations matter three times as much as lessons. Certification weighs four classes: graded lessons 15 percent, checkpoints 15, simulations 35, capstone 35. You need 85 overall, 80 on every core skill, 85 on the capstone, every simulation complete and no critical error left unretaken. Then a person reads your written work.
Sending data to the wrong person, sharing a file with anyone who has the link, moving a meeting the client said never to move, clicking a phishing link, presenting a made-up source as fact. Any of these fails a simulation attempt on its own, whatever the score, with an explanation and a free retake. They never lock you out; they are the mistakes that end real contracts, so the path treats them the way a client would.
About 8 hours of missions across 8 modules, usually six weeks at one mission a day. The capstone alone is an hour.
Yes. Each mission unlocks the next, because the simulations assume what the earlier lessons taught. The readiness test shows your gaps so you know where to slow down.
The readiness test, the whole first module and five practice reviews a day. Pro (₱449 for 30 days, ₱1,099 for three months) opens the remaining modules; certification, which opens the capstone and the human review, is coming soon and its price is announced then.
Up to 6 badges from the simulations, a portfolio of assessed writing you choose to publish, and, if you meet the standard and pass review, the Verified Admin VA credential with a public verification page.
Ten real situations, five minutes, a score per skill. Then the first mission is free.
