What You Will Do
- Review, verify, and code high-volume vendor invoices using Hubdoc software
- Conduct regular vendor statement reconciliations to identify missing invoices
- Apply payments using Xero accounting software
- Handle accounts payable inquiries via phone and email
- Approve invoices based on the internal approval matrix
- Support monthly and year-end financial closings
- Post to the general ledger accurately
- Maintain and monitor internal controls
- Prepare and maintain accounts payable aging reports
- Perform additional duties as assigned
