We are seeking an experienced GoHighLevel (GHL) + AI Automation Expert to design and build a full BPO operating system inside GoHighLevel over an initial 2-week engagement. This role goes far beyond funnels. You will architect CRM pipelines, automations, AI-driven workflows, and website integrations that support sales, recruitment, client onboarding, internal operations, and reporting for a fast-scaling offshore BPO business. This is a hands-on build role with strong potential to extend into a long-term Head of Automation / RevOps position.
