  • Develop strong relationships with spine surgeons, providing in-OR case support for ACDF and lumbar fusion procedures
  • Expand and manage local distributor networks, delivering product training and sales enablement
  • Identify and convert key accounts across hospitals and spine care facilities
  • Communicate product advantages based on surgeon needs and clinical scenarios
  • Participate in conferences and clinical training events to enhance product visibility
  • Monitor competitive dynamics and provide insights to the commercial team
  • Coordinate order fulfilment and after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Prepare timely sales reports, forecasts, and account plans

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, ideally in life sciences or biomedical engineering
